To the Editor: Dr Giuliano and colleagues concluded that sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy alone is not inferior to ALND in patients with T1-T2 breast cancer and limited SLN involvement treated with breast conservation and adjuvant systemic therapy.1 Variable radiation techniques may have had an impact on the results and interpretation of this trial.
