To the Editor: Regarding the article by Dr Garbe and colleagues,1 it would be helpful to learn what diseases were treated with steroids and in how many patients, whether patients with some diseases were at greater risk for developing cataract, and whether patients receiving solely beclomethasone or budesonide were at greater risk of developing cataracts.
