To the Editor: We find it difficult
to accept the conclusion of Dr Garfinkel and colleagues1
that their "yoga-based regimen was more effective than wrist
splinting or no treatment in relieving some signs and symptoms of
carpal tunnel syndrome." The statistically significant findings
included improvement in grip strength, pain level, and Phalen sign.
