To the Editor: We are Bosnian refugees working as physicians in the United States. We survived the Serbian concentration camps in Bosnia and were involved with refugee issues, both in Croatia and in England. We would like to caution against generalizing some of the conclusions made by Mollica and colleagues1 to all Bosnian refugees (or even to those living in Croatia, as the title of their article suggests).
