In Reply: I am glad to learn from Dr Panzer that Pfizer is now requesting that its investigators report the results of multicenter trials as a group, rather than as apparently different studies from different sites. Pfizer's insistence that investigators abide by guidelines requiring investigators to retain their data (and therefore regard it as their responsibility to respond to questions about these data) is an important step toward responsible reporting and authorship.
