To the Editor: Dr Green and colleagues1 discuss 3 cases described as reversible myelosuppression that may be associated with linezolid treatment. Pharmacia, which manufactures linezolid, asked independent hematologists to review the histories and bone marrow pathology of the first 2 cases. The third case was not reported to us as of March 14, 2001.
