Chicago, Aug. 29, 1903.

To the Editor:  —Through an error, I gave the wrong quantity of sodium chlorid in the formula which I used in the case of tetanus, described in The Journal, Aug. 29, 1903, page 566. The strength given is not dangerous, but is not advisable. The correct formula is:The formula preceding this—the m/8, etc., formula—was correct.
