Organ Transplantation: A Clinical guide provides a timely and concise overview of clinical aspects of multiorgan and cellular transplantation. The volume has been prepared by international leaders in all aspects of transplant care to provide the reader with a focused assessment of transplant medicine, surgery, and pathology. Unlike many transplant textbooks, it provides equal coverage of abdominal and thoracic organ transplants, with particular attention to perioperative and postoperative medical management. The book is structured to include a general overview of the principles common to all organ transplant care, followed by individual organ-specific sections.
