To the Editor: Dr Relman1 decried the involvement of the pharmaceutical industry in CME. However, industry involvement in education and physician attitudes toward that involvement begin while physicians are still in training. The recent experience of a family medicine residency program, described below, provides an example of current residents' attitudes toward the involvement of pharmaceutical companies in their education.
