SPECIAL BLUE NETWORK BROADCAST  February 21 from 9 to 9:30 p. m. central standard time (10 to 10:30 eastern standard time, 8 to 8:30 mountain time and 7 to 7:30 Pacific time) there will be a special broadcast by the American Medical Association and the National Broadcasting Company over seventy stations of the Blue network. The subject will be "Pasteur Conquers Rabies."The broadcast will be based on an article "Watch Your Dog!" appearing simultaneously in Hygeia and on official reports dealing with the seriousness of the rabies situation in the United States.Special features of the program will be music arranged by Don
