A continuing medical education (CME) independent study program on health issues surrounding the Gulf War experience is now available on the Internet (http://www.va.gov/nchp/gulf/). The program was developed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

VA Under Secretary for Health Kenneth W. Kizer, MD, MPH, has asked that all VA physicians complete the program, "A Guide to Gulf War Veterans' Health," to ensure that they are familiar with the latest scientific literature. The program was made available on the Internet to make the information accessible by other health care providers.
