Peripheral Nerve Blocks is a multiauthored book of 496 pages with contributions from 67 experts, 15 from outside the United States. The book is divided into 7 main sections: “General Concepts” (4 chapters), “Single-Injection Peripheral Blocks” (19 chapters), “Continuous Nerve Blocks” (8 chapters), “Ultrasound” (12 chapters), “Pediatric Peripheral Blocks” (12 chapters), “Continuous Nerve Blocks in Infants and Children” (5 chapters), and “Pain Blocks” (12 chapters).
