To the Editor Dr Guevara and colleagues1 examined the association of minority faculty development programs at US medical schools with minority faculty representation, recruitment, and promotion, focusing on groups that are underrepresented in medicine relative to the general population. However, most contemporary faculty diversity initiatives also include Asian faculty among the groups targeted.2
