People with advanced cancer and their families face a host of end-of-life concerns, such as making decisions about treatment options, drawing up a living will, and planning for hospice and home care. The National Cancer Institute's (NCI) recently revised booklet, Advanced Cancer: Living Each Day, based on the most current information available as well as on interviews with patients, their families, and caregivers, addresses such issues "to help people who are facing death from cancer live their remaining days as well as they can."
