Parts 4A and 4B of the multivolume video series Effective Retinal Diagnosis examine the retinal findings seen in diabetes mellitus. The first three parts, "Introduction to Retinal Findings," "Disorders of the Optic Disc," and "Hypertension" were previously reviewed in JAMA (1997;278:2196 [December 24]).
