This first edition of Neurosurgery in the Tropics contains a foreword by Edward R. Laws, Jr, preface, 12 chapters, seven appendices, an index, 147 figures with 96 of these incorporating photos, and 52 tables. References and further reading are listed at the end of each chapter. There is no glossary, although there are "keypoint" features and case reports incorporated throughout the main text. There is no list of tables and figures or references. Six additional contributors, whose contact details are noted, have assisted in writing two chapters and nine sections of five further chapters.
