A text whose time has come! That would be the best way to summarize this review if one were restricted to six words.

Emergency medicine specialists depend a great deal on appearances, having to make decisions in a short time span, often with relatively few clues. Hunting for pictures to confirm one's diagnosis may mean leafing through page after page in several texts. With the Atlas of Emergency Medicine, this time consuming and often fruitless task is ended.
