Asthma Safety Study Stopped

JAMA. 2003;289(7):833. doi:10.1001/jama.289.7.833-a

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (ARHQ) is encouraging physicians to submit write-ups of medical errors to a new on-line journal, ARHQ WebM&M (Morbidity & Mortality Rounds on the Web). The journal, which launches this month, presents cases that "are interesting, raise key issues, and involve errors that did not result in permanent harm to patients." One case each month will feature an interactive learning module that includes opportunities to earn continuing medical education credits.
