To the Editor: Dr Rosenheck and colleagues1 reported improvement of approximately 15 points in symptom scores in the group treated with olanzapine vs an approximately 10-point difference in those treated with haloperidol. The authors did not perform statistical comparisons within each group, however; thus, it is difficult to know if these differences are statistically significant or clinically meaningful.
