The following notice has been received from Elsevier concerning a textbook reviewed in the March 3, 2004, issue of JAMA. "We want to advise you of the following error in Behrman,et al: Nelson Textbook of Pediatrics,17th Edition. The dosage for calcium leucovorin on Page 1152 is incorrect. Please refer to the first full paragraph on the right column of the page. Beginning with the fifth line of text that reads, "Infants should be treated . . . " and ending with " . . . are being compared.*" the material in the printed book should be replaced with the following:
