Genomic Medicine

JAMA. 2006;296(24):2916. doi:10.1001/jama.296.24.2916-a

Through the program, researchers will collect genetic samples from consenting veterans to be used in studies while protecting veteran privacy, develop new methods for incorporating these data into electronic medical records, and design and conduct careful studies that show how use of this genetic information can result in improved patient care.
