The Art of Aging: A Doctor's Prescription for Well-Being is the latest offering from Sherwin B. Nuland, MD, National Book Award–winning author of How We Die: Reflections on Life's Final Chapter. Now in his 70s, Nuland is an expert storyteller who skillfully weaves his own life experiences into a prescription for “successful aging.” It is certainly apt that Nuland, a general surgeon who shaped the way we think about death, has shifted his attention to how we live in The Art of Aging.
