(In the absence of the jury, the Court gave his decision not to admit the proceedings of the hearings of Drs. Lee and Scandiffio before the District of Columbia Medical Society.)In his decision the Court said it seemed to him that the record would serve no good purpose and that there is no reasonable grounds for its admission.
