CALIFORNIA 

Health at San Diego.  — Telegraphic reports to the U. S. Department of Commerce from sixty-seven cities with a total population of about thirty million, for the week ending November 19, indicate that the highest mortality rate (21.8) was for San Diego, and that the mortality rate for the group of cities as a whole was 12.3. The mortality rate for San Diego for the corresponding week last year was 13.2, and for the group of cities, 12.6.
