Two influential organizations are teaming up on a new national public engagement campaign—#0to60—to inspire people in the United States to lead healthier, active lifestyles. The campaign is spearheaded by the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition—which turns 60 this year—and the National Foundation on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition.
The year-long campaign launches in time for back-to-school season. The initiative will engage schools to integrate the recommended 60 minutes of physical activity a day for children and will also encourage adults to get moving and eat right.
