Abstract

Analysmetoder. Samlade och utarbetade av Nordiska Specialitetskommissionen. Häfte V. Bilag till Nordiska Specialitetskommissionens årsberättelse, 1929. Paper. Pp. 74. Stockholm: Victor Pettersons, 1930.

This is the report, apparently the first, of a commission, on which Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden are represented, to supervise and control the composition of the innumerable new medicinal preparations that are flooding the markets everywhere. The function of this commission consequently corresponds in large degree with that of the Council on Chemistry and Pharmacy, but its work is carried on in central laboratories as well as by apothecaries in apothecary shops under more or less close government supervision. "Analysmetoder" is a supplement to the report and contains the methods of analysis that have been worked out during the year covered by the report.
