Appointments in Hospital Service  Dr. Dean A. Clark, New York, U. S. Public Health Service, has been appointed head of the hospital section of the medical division of the Office of Civilian Defense and also head of the new emergency medical section in the public health service, which will administer the hospital program jointly with the Office of Civilian Defense. Modern Hospital further reports that Mr. Harry N. Hooper, superintendent of Cincinnati General Hospital, has been granted a leave of absence to serve as consultant in hospital administration to the medical division.
