Abstract

In this mimeographed manual designed for student use there are provided instructions for the assay of cardiac stimulants, cardiac depressants, epinephrine, ergot preparations, posterior pituitary, insulin, local anesthetics, autonomic drugs, opiates, central nervous system stimulants and vitamins. The appendix provides some information on the methods for the determination of blood sugar and the examination of tissues for poisons.
