Changes in Health Officers. —
Dr. James H. Ashcraft, Reform, has been appointed health officer of Fayette and Pickens counties.—Dr. Alex C. McDougal, Savannah, Tenn., is the new health officer of Marengo County.—Dr. George Sellers Graham Jr., Birmingham, has been placed in charge of the health unit in Green County, and Dr. Juanita L. Bolton, Birmingham, is health officer of St. Clair County.—Dr. Edwin N. Haller, Mobile, has been appointed health officer for DeKalb County.—Dr. Albert S. Dix, Opelika, has been appointed director of communicable disease control of the Mobile city and county health unit, succeeding Dr. Isaac C. Sumner.
