To the Editor Dr Resnick and colleagues1 reported that 12 months of testosterone treatment in elderly men with age-associated memory impairment (AAMI)1 was not associated with any of the primary (memory) or secondary (visual memory, executive function, spatial ability) cognitive function outcome measures. We believe this report has several problems.
