Abstract

To the Editor:  —In reference to your letter regarding your communication from Dr. Cyriax of London, I wish to state that I have recently read his article entitled, "Various Conditions That May Simulate Referred Pains of Visceral Disease," which appeared in the Practitioner in 1919. I find that he clearly described the condition which was later reported by Davies-Colley under the caption of slipping rib.His claim to priority is certainly just, and I feel that it should be given recognition.
