Penicillin Distribution Unit No Longer Operating  All communications regarding penicillin should be addressed to the Chemicals Division, Civilian Production Administration, Washington 25, D. C. The Civilian Penicillin Distribution Unit, formerly accepting these communications, was closed in April 1945. Information has been received indicating that inquiries are still being addressed to the Distribution Unit, which is no longer operating

New Director of Neuropsychiatric Services  Dr. Daniel Blain, New York, has been appointed director of neuropsychiatric services in the Veterans Administration. Dr. Blain, who is a commissioned officer in the U. S. Public Health Service Reserve, has been serving as psychiatrist with the War Shipping Administration. Commander Blain will direct the care of mental patients and also will supervise the establishment of additional mental hygiene clinics.
