Abstract

Psychiatric and psychoanalytic writing is often difficult to read and confusing; this book is incoherent, unintelligible and filled with incorrect assertions. After presenting 353 sessions of analysis of a schizophrenic, covering 100 pages of incomprehensible material, the author says "this case is not reported as a therapeutic success. It merely shows that some cases of schizophrenia can be analyzed as successfully as cases of neuroses."
