The present edition of this excellent book on the clinical examination of the nervous system is larger and is entirely up-to-date. It has been thoroughly revised and recast. The author is one of the great neurologists of the world, and his book is essentially based on the fact that the physician must examine his patient in order to determine the nature and location of the disease or lesion.
