STATEMENT OF DR. EDWIN S. HAMILTON ON H. R. 9 AND H. R. 10 BEFORE COMMITTEE OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES  I am Dr. Edwin S. Hamilton of Kankakee, Illinois, where I am engaged in the active private practice of medicine. I am a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Medical Association.I appear here today as a representative of that Association to support H. R. 9 and H. R. 10, 84th Congress, measures designed to provide tax deferment on retirement funds for selfemployed persons and others not covered by pension plans. With me is Frank G. Dickinson, Ph.D., Director of the Bureau of Medical Economic Research of the Association. At the conclusion of my statement I should like Dr. Dickinson to discuss
