Abstract

To the Editor:—  With respect to the article in Business Practice, The Journal, Feb. 18, page 590, I would like to call attention to the fact that brass piping is not a good insurance against piping troubles. In some cases, even copper piping fails where the water is particularly aggressive, but brass pipe of a type once much used has almost gone out of use because there have been so many failures.
