Abstract

This volume is similar in size and format to the preceding volumes in this series. The presentations are selected from the instructional courses given at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. This is an excellent reference book, particularly for those who are unable to attend the courses in person. On the whole, the papers are excellent, and the selection of materials is a good cross section of the type of instruction given. This book is recommended for the orthopedic surgeon and for those in residency training.
