PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE 

Ad Hoc Committee.—  An ad hoc committee was appointed to develop principles for community-wide health facility planning. It is sponsored by the Public Health Service and the American Hospital Association, and will be headed by Mr. George Bugbee, president of the Health Information Foundation, New York City. One of the principal functions of the committee will be to establish authoritative guide lines for area planning groups in developing plans
