Conference on Education for Foreign Visitors.—  Fifty medical educators from 30 countries participated in the fourth annual Conference on Medical Education for Foreign Scholars in the Medical Sciences held June 26-29 in Boulder under the auspices of the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Purpose of the conference was to broaden the perspective of U.S. medical education for the visitors through sessions and discussions with American educational leaders. The registrants are medical educators in their home-lands and are in this country for one or more years of study at various institutions, many of them under Fulbright scholarships issued by the U.S. State Department. The Boulder conference marked the first meeting of the foreign scholars in the Rocky Mountain west. Previous meetings were in Wisconsin and Iowa.
