To the Editor:—  Dr. Price has rightly questioned my statements regarding the value of inorganic iron in the secondary anemias caused by sulfones. Although these statements are based on reports by many leprologists, it must be admitted that a controlled study of the subject has not been made. Perhaps Dr. Price's criticism will lead to more careful study of the subject.
