In the ORIGINAL CONTRIBUTION "Hyperosmolar Nonketotic Syndrome and Steroid Diabetes: Occurrence After Renal Transplantation," published in the March 24 issue (231:1261-1263, 1975), the wrong form of insulin was mentioned as the drug given to the patient. Lines 14 and 15, in the third column on page 1262, should have indicated that the patient was given regular insulin injection, not insulin zinc suspension, extended.
