Cholestatic Jaundice During Imipramine Therapy

Jaundice developed in a patient who was receiving imipramine hydrochloride. Results of a liver biopsy showed findings of cholestatic jaundice identical to those seen in patients with jaundice occurring secondary to treatment with other phenothiazine derivatives.
