Abstract

To the Editor.—  I believe it is only fair in this era of "Problem Solving Records" that credit for priority be given to the person who originated this process. Horace Rimoldi, MD, PhD, formerly from Loyola University, Chicago, and new director of the Psychological Institute of the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, began his studies on this subject in 1954. Among his 16 papers only two need be cited. "Test of Diagnostic Skills" in the Journal of Medical Education (38:5, 1961), and "Sequented Evaluation of Problem Solving Processes" in Le Travail Humain, July and December, 1962.
