Cutaneous Lesions in Disseminated Mucormycosis

The clinical course of a patient with acute granulocytic leukemia was complicated by disseminated mucormycosis, which initially appeared as indurated skin nodules and pneumonia. This is the first description of cutaneous vasculitis as a dermatologic manifestation of mucormycosis.
