Abstract

Sir:  I would like to disagree strongly with Dr. Chazan's review of Dr. Netter's book, Kidneys, Ureters, and Urinary Bladder, particularly with his sentence, "It would appear to me that there is no obvious audience for the book." (JAMA 227:1065, 1974.) I feel strongly that no physician's personal library should be without the entire set. Artists like Dr. Netter have, through their brilliant pictorial work, contributed magnificently to the advancement of medical education. I can't think of anyone, whether medical student, generalist, or specialist, who could not profit enormously by having these volumes.
