To the Editor.—  Dr. Kraft's letter is a very clear and unexceptional exposition of the problem. Dr. Ames's willingness to be exposed to a test carried out by a "technically capable individual" would appear to indicate incomplete understanding of the problem. Electromyography is not a technical evaluation but, as clearly described by Dr. Kraft, an evaluation that requires clinical knowledge and judgment.
