Arthus Reactions From Insulin Association With Lupus Erythematosus Cell Phenomena

An obese patient with diabetes developed insulin hypersensitivity manifested by Arthus phenomenon, lupus erythematosus (LE) cells, eosinophilia, and hypergammaglobulinemia. To our knowledge, neither Arthus phenomenon nor LE cells have been related to insulin therapy in the past.
