Incorrect Percentage

An error occurred in a Brief Report entitled "Should Hyperbaric Oxygen Be Used to Treat the Pregnant Patient for Acute Carbon Monoxide Poisoning? A Case Report and Literature Review," published in the February 17, 1989, issue of THE JOURNAL (1989;261:1039-1043). On page 1042, the first sentence in the third paragraph of the third column should have read as follows: "In our case, the patient presented with a dangerously high COHb level of 47.2% [not '42.7%'], with obvious neurological involvement and fetal hypoxic distress."
