Errors occurred in the Original Contribution entitled "Prospective Study of Estrogen Replacement Therapy and Risk of Breast Cancer in Postmenopausal Women" published in the November 28, 1990, issue of THE JOURNAL (1990;264:2648-2653). In the abstract and the "Results" section, the results for 10 years since last use of estrogen (relative risk [RR], 0.70) were reported as the results for 10 years' duration of use. The data in all tables are correct; the age-adjusted RR for 10 or more years of estrogen use among past users is 0.86 (95% confidence interval, 0.49 to 1.50).
