—In the Letter From Oslo entitled "Norway's Decentralized, Single-Payer Health System Faces Great Challenges," published in the July 12, 1995, issue of THE JOURNAL (1995;274:120-124), the small portion of land shown between the northern border of Poland and the southwestern border of Lithuania, incorrectly labeled as Latvia, is actually part of Russia.
